Black sintra chest plate purchased from Ebay.  
I've added the feet, tail and background feathers. 
The idea is to let this harden (probably put it in the sun instead of the oven,
don't want to lose the chest plate's shape, hope that works.
Then I'll pull the plate in styrene, abs or something.
I'm not a sculptor, so please cut me some slack.
