This is the collection of costumes that I've worn over the years in the Neon City Garrison of the 501st Stormtrooper Legion. The 501st is an international group of Star Wars costuming enthusiasts who wear film-quality costumes celebrating the variety of branches of the Empire. The group makes appearances at all kinds of Star Wars promotions and each local cluster, called a garrison, strives to make an impact in their community through volunteer and charity work. We march in parades, collect donations for needy children and make visits to children's hospitals and the occasional school function. It's great fun, for the kids we entertain and for the kid in each of us. Check out the groups below for more information. Check out each costume above for specific details. Each involved a varying amount of work, some were very simple, others took away a part of my soul (Fett). Each was enjoyed and ultimately sold to finance the next.
